육아휴직 급여에 관하여는 제62조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "구직급여"는 "육아휴직 급여"로 본다. <개정 2011.7.21>
With respect to parental leave benefits, Article 62 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "job-seeking benefit" shall be deemed "parental leave benefit". <Amended on Jul. 21, 2011>
육아기 근로시간 단축 급여에 관하여는 제62조, 제71조 및 제73조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제62조 중 "구직급여"는 "육아기 근로시간 단축 급여"로 보고, 제71조 및 제73조 중 "육아휴직"은 각각 "육아기 근로시간 단축"으로 본다. <신설 2011.7.21, 2021.1.5>
