제14조(제15조의2제4항 및 제15조의3제2항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 확정된 시정명령을 정당한 이유 없이 이행하지 아니한 자에게는 1억원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2012.2.1, 2014.3.18, 2020.5.26>
A person who fails to comply with a corrective order finalized under Article 14 (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 15-2 (4) and Article 15-3 (2)) without justifiable grounds shall be subject to an administrative fine of not exceeding 100 million won. <Amended by Act No. 11667, Feb. 1, 2012; Act No. 12482, Mar. 18, 2014; Act No. 17304, May 26, 2020>
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 500만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2012.2.1, 2014.3.18, 2020.5.26>
1. 제15조제1항(제15조의2제4항 및 제15조의3제2항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 정당한 이유 없이 고용노동부장관의 이행상황 제출요구에 따르지 아니한 자
2. 제17조의 규정을 위반하여 근로조건을 서면으로 명시하지 아니한 자
A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to an administrative fine of not exceeding 5 million won. <Amended by Act No. 10330, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 11667, Feb. 1, 2012; Act No. 12482, Mar. 18, 2014; Act No. 17304, May 26, 2020> 1. A person who fails to comply with the demand of the Minister of Employment and Labor for the submission of the status of compliance without justifiable grounds in violation of Article 15 (1) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 15-2 (4) and Article 15-3 (2)) 2. A person who fails to specify the working conditions in writing in violation of the provisions of Article 17
제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 따른 과태료는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관이 부과ㆍ징수한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
The administrative fines under paragraphs ① and ② shall be imposed and collected by the Minister of Employment and Labor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10330, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17304, May 26, 2020>
