1. 「은행법」에 따른 은행에서 적용하는 대출금리와 해당 지역의 경제 여건 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 비율
2. 한국은행에서 공시한 기준금리에 대통령령으로 정하는 이율을 더한 비율
① When converting all or part of a security deposit into monthly rent, the monthly rent shall not exceed the range calculated by multiplying the converted amount by the lower of the following rates: <Amended by May 17, 2010, August 13, 2013, May 29, 2016> 1. The rate prescribed by Presidential Decree, considering the loan interest rate applied by banks under the Banking Act, the economic conditions of the relevant region, etc. 2. The base rate announced by the Bank of Korea plus the interest rate prescribed by Presidential Decree.
