법 제28조제1항에 따른 외국인 출국심사에 관하여는 제1조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 국민의 출국심사 절차를 준용한다. <개정 2016.9.29>
For foreign national exit inspections pursuant to Article 28 (1) of the Act, the procedures for domestic national exit inspections pursuant to Article 1 (1) through (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Amended on Sep. 29, 2016>
대한민국의 선박등에 고용된 외국인승무원이 출국하는 경우 그 출국절차에 관하여는 제1조제4항 및 제5항을 준용한다.
For departure procedures of foreign crew members employed on vessels, etc. of the Republic of Korea, Article 1 (4) and (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
법 제28조제3항에 따른 위조 또는 변조된 여권ㆍ선원신분증명서의 보관과 그 통지절차에 관하여는 제6조제1항(발급기관의 장에 대한 통지는 제외한다) 및 제2항을 준용한다. <개정 2016.9.29>
For the keeping of forged or altered passports and seafarer identification documents pursuant to Article 28 (3) of the Act and the notification procedures thereof, Article 6 (1) (excluding notification to the head of the issuing authority) and (2) shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Amended on Sep. 29, 2016>
제15조제4항 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 외국인은 법 제28조제5항에 따라 준용되는 법 제3조제2항에 따라 정보화기기에 의한 출국심사를 받을 수 있다. 이 경우 법 제12조의2제1항 또는 법 제38조제1항제1호에 따라 지문과 얼굴에 관한 정보를 제공한 외국인으로서 정보화기기를 이용한 출국심사에 지장이 없는 경우에는 제15조제4항제2호의 요건을 갖춘 것으로 본다. <개정 2016.9.29>
Foreign nationals who meet all the requirements in Article 15 (4) may receive exit inspections by information devices pursuant to Article 28 (5) of the Act, which applies mutatis mutandis to Article 3 (2) of the Act. In this case, foreign nationals who have provided fingerprint and facial information pursuant to Article 12 (2) (1) or Article 38 (1) 1. of the Act, and for whom exit inspection using information devices is not hindered, shall be deemed to meet the requirements of Article 15 (4) 2.. <Amended on Sep. 29, 2016>
제4항에 따라 출국심사를 마친 외국인에 대해서는 출국심사인의 날인을 생략한다. <신설 2016.9.29>
For foreign nationals who have completed exit inspection pursuant to paragraph (4), the stamping of the exit inspection seal shall be omitted. <Newly added on Sep. 29, 2016>
