제36조의2(외국인의 출국정지 절차 등) 외국인에 대한 출국정지 및 출국정지기간 연장 절차 등에 관하여는 제2조, 제2조의2, 제2조의3, 제3조, 제3조의2부터 제3조의4까지 및 제5조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "출국금지"는 "출국정지"로 보고, "법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지기간"은 "제36조제1항 각 호에 따른 출국정지기간"으로 본다. <개정 2012.1.13>

① With respect to procedures for departure suspension of foreigners and extension of the departure suspension period, Articles 2, 2-2, 2-3, 3, 3-2 through 3-4, and 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "departure prohibition" shall be deemed "departure suspension," and "departure prohibition period under Article 4 (1) or (2)" shall be deemed "departure suspension period under each subparagraph of Article 36 (1)." <Amended by Act No. 11207, Jan. 13, 2012> ② [Omitted]
