제36조의2(외국인의 출국정지 절차 등) 외국인에 대한 출국정지 및 출국정지기간 연장 절차 등에 관하여는 제2조, 제2조의2, 제2조의3, 제3조, 제3조의2부터 제3조의4까지 및 제5조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "출국금지"는 "출국정지"로 보고, "법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지기간"은 "제36조제1항 각 호에 따른 출국정지기간"으로 본다. <개정 2012.1.13>

Regarding the procedures for stay suspension of foreigners and the extension of the stay suspension period, Articles 2, 2-2, 2-3, 3, 3-2 through 3-4, and 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "prohibition of departure" shall be deemed as "stay suspension", and "prohibition of departure period pursuant to Article 4(1) or (2) of this Act" shall be deemed as "stay suspension period pursuant to the respective subparagraphs of Article 36(1)". <Amended by Act No. 11217, Jan. 13, 2012>
