제65조 출국명령기한등

법 제68조제2항의 규정에 의한 출국명령서를 발부하는 때에는 그 발부일부터 30일의 범위내에서 출국기한을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2007.6.1>
When issuing a departure order pursuant to Article 68 (2) of the Act, the period for departure shall be set within the scope of 30 days from the date of issuance. <Amended on June 1, 2007>
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제68조제2항에 따라 출국명령서를 발부하는 때에는 이를 사건부에 기재하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15>
When the Commissioner General, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a shelter issues a departure order pursuant to Article 68 (2) of the Act, it shall be recorded in the case file. <Amended on July 1, 1997, May 15, 2018>
