제65조 출국명령기한등

법 제68조제2항의 규정에 의한 출국명령서를 발부하는 때에는 그 발부일부터 30일의 범위내에서 출국기한을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2007.6.1>
When issuing a departure order pursuant to the provisions of Article 68(2) of the Act, the period for departure shall be set within the scope of 30 days from the date of issuance. <Amended by 2007.6.1>
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제68조제2항에 따라 출국명령서를 발부하는 때에는 이를 사건부에 기재하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15>
