법 제91조의2제2항에 따른 전자화업무의 위탁기간은 2년 이내로 한다.
The entrustment period for electronic processing services under Article 91-2(2) of the Act shall be within 2 years.

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 법 제91조의2제5항에 따라 시정조치를 요구하거나 전자화업무의 위탁을 취소하는 경우에는 그 사실을 전자화기관의 대표자에게 서면으로 알려야 한다.
In the case of demanding corrective measures or revoking the entrustment of electronic processing services pursuant to Article 91-2(5) of the Act, the Commissioner, the head of the office, or the head of the branch office shall notify the representative of the electronic processing agency in writing.
