①
법 제91조의2제2항에 따른 전자화업무의 위탁기간은 2년 이내로 한다.
The period of entrusting electronic processing business pursuant to Article 91-2 (2) of the Act shall be within two years.
②
청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 법 제91조의2제5항에 따라 시정조치를 요구하거나 전자화업무의 위탁을 취소하는 경우에는 그 사실을 전자화기관의 대표자에게 서면으로 알려야 한다.
The Head of a Customs House, the Head of an Office, or the Head of a Branch Office shall notify the representative of an electronic processing agency in writing of the fact when demanding corrective measures or revoking the entrustment of electronic processing business pursuant to Article 91-2 (5) of the Act.
