제168조의4 부동산가격안정심의위원회의 구성 및 운영

법 제104조의2제3항의 규정에 따른 부동산가격안정심의위원회(이하 이 조에서 "심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 및 부위원장 각 1인을 포함하여 12인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Real Estate Price Stabilization Deliberation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Deliberation Committee" in this Article) under Article 104-2(3) of the Act shall be composed of no more than 12 members, including one chairperson and one vice-chairperson.
심의위원회의 위원장은 재정경제부장관이 지명하는 재정경제부차관, 부위원장은 국토교통부장관이 지명하는 국토교통부차관이 되고, 위원은 관계부처 차관급 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원과 경제 및 부동산에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 재정경제부장관이 임명 또는 위촉하는 자로 한다. <개정 2006.6.12, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.12.30>
The chairperson of the Deliberation Committee shall be the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, designated by the Minister of Economy and Finance, and the vice-chairperson shall be the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The members shall be appointed or commissioned by the Minister of Economy and Finance from among vice-ministers or general public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service of relevant ministries, and those with abundant knowledge and experience in economics and real estate. <Amended on June 12, 2006, February 29, 2008, March 23, 2013, December 30, 2025>
심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Deliberation Committee shall be convened with the attendance of a majority of the registered members, and resolutions shall be adopted with the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
재정경제부장관은 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해임 또는 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다. <신설 2015.12.31, 2025.12.30>
1. 심신장애로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우
2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우
3. 직무태만, 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 위원으로 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우
4. 위원 스스로 직무를 수행하는 것이 곤란하다고 의사를 밝히는 경우
The Minister of Economy and Finance may dismiss or remove a member in any of the following cases: <Newly established on December 31, 2015, December 30, 2025> 1. When the member is unable to perform their duties due to mental or physical disability. 2. When there is misconduct related to the member's duties. 3. When the member is deemed unsuitable due to negligence of duties, damage to dignity, or other reasons. 4. When the member voluntarily expresses difficulty in performing their duties.
