Article 72 (Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits)

The types of vocational rehabilitation benefits shall be as follows. <Amended on Jan. 27, 2010, May 20, 2010, June 12, 2018, May 26, 2020> 1. Costs and vocational training allowances incurred for vocational training provided to those who have received disability benefits or pneumoconiosis compensation pensions, or who are clearly entitled to receive disability benefits, and who require vocational training for employment, as prescribed by Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "training 대상자"); 2. Workplace return support funds, workplace adaptation training expenses, and rehabilitation exercise expenses paid to disabled beneficiaries who have returned to the business where the work-related accident occurred, when the employer maintains employment or provides workplace adaptation training or rehabilitation exercise (in the case of workplace adaptation training, it also includes training provided before returning to the workplace).
