Article 72 (Vocational Rehabilitation Benefits)

The types of vocational rehabilitation benefits shall be as follows. <Amended by Act No. 9985, Jan. 27, 2010, Act No. 10339, May 20, 2010, Act No. 15610, June 12, 2018, Act No. 17272, May 26, 2020> 1. Vocational training expenses and vocational training allowances provided to persons who have received disability benefits or silicosis compensation pensions, or who are clearly eligible to receive disability benefits, among those prescribed by Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "Disability Benefit Recipients"), and who require vocational training for employment (hereinafter referred to as "Training Beneficiaries"). 2. Workplace return support grants, workplace adaptation training expenses, and rehabilitation exercise expenses paid to disability benefit recipients who have returned to the business in which the work-related accident occurred, when the employer maintains employment or conducts workplace adaptation training or rehabilitation exercises (in the case of workplace adaptation training, this includes training conducted before returning to the workplace).
