협회는 제30조에 따른 개업공인중개사의 손해배상책임을 보장하기 위하여 공제사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.6.9>
The Association may conduct mutual aid business to guarantee the liability for damages of licensed real estate agents under Article 30. <Amended by Act No. 12322, Jan. 28, 2014; Act No. 17321, Jun. 9, 2020>
협회는 제1항에 따른 공제사업을 하고자 하는 때에는 공제규정을 제정하여 국토교통부장관의 승인을 얻어야 한다. 공제규정을 변경하고자 하는 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
When the Association intends to conduct mutual aid business under paragraph ①, it shall establish mutual aid rules and obtain approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. 제2항의 공제규정에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제사업의 범위, 공제계약의 내용, 공제금, 공제료, 회계기준 및 책임준비금의 적립비율 등 공제사업의 운용에 관하여 필요한 사항을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
The mutual aid rules under paragraph ② shall prescribe matters necessary for the operation of mutual aid business, such as the scope of mutual aid business, the content of mutual aid contracts, mutual aid money, mutual aid fees, accounting standards, and the reserve ratio of liability reserves, in accordance with the Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17321, Jun. 9, 2020>
협회는 공제사업을 다른 회계와 구분하여 별도의 회계로 관리하여야 하며, 책임준비금을 다른 용도로 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 국토교통부장관의 승인을 얻어야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
The Association shall manage mutual aid business as separate accounting, distinct from other accounting, and if it intends to use liability reserves for other purposes, it shall obtain approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013>
협회는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년도의 공제사업 운용실적을 일간신문ㆍ협회보 등을 통하여 공제계약자에게 공시하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
The Association shall, in accordance with the Presidential Decree, disclose the operating performance of the mutual aid business for each year to the mutual aid policyholders through daily newspapers, the Association's bulletin, etc. <Amended by Act No. 17321, Jun. 9, 2020>
