ARTICLE 46 (REWARD MONEY)
제46조 포상금

등록관청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 등록관청, 수사기관이나 제47조의2에 따른 부동산거래질서교란행위 신고센터에 신고 또는 고발한 자에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 포상금을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2020.6.9, 2020.12.8>
1. 제9조에 따른 중개사무소의 개설등록을 하지 아니하고 중개업을 한 자
2. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 중개사무소의 개설등록을 한 자
3. 중개사무소등록증 또는 공인중개사자격증을 다른 사람에게 양도ㆍ대여하거나 다른 사람으로부터 양수ㆍ대여받은 자
4. 제18조의2제3항을 위반하여 표시ㆍ광고를 한 자
5. 제33조제1항제8호 또는 제9호에 따른 행위를 한 자
6. 제33조제2항을 위반하여 개업공인중개사등의 업무를 방해한 자
The registration authority may pay reward money, in accordance with the Presidential Decree, to a person who has reported or accused any of the following persons to the registration authority, investigative agency, or the Real Estate Transaction Order Disturbance Reporting Center under Article 47-2. <Amended on Jun. 9, 2020, Dec. 8, 2020> 1. A person who has engaged in brokerage business without registering the opening of a brokerage office under Article 9 2. A person who has registered the opening of a brokerage office by false or other fraudulent means 3. A person who has transferred or lent a brokerage office registration certificate or a licensed real estate agent qualification certificate to another person, or who has received a transfer or loan of the same from another person 4. A person who has made a display or advertisement in violation of Article 18-2 (3) 5. A person who has performed the acts under Article 33 (1) 8 or 9 6. A person who has obstructed the business of a licensed real estate agent, etc. in violation of Article 33 (2)
제1항에 따른 포상금의 지급에 소요되는 비용은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 국고에서 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2020.6.9>
The expenses incurred for the payment of reward money under paragraph (1) may be subsidized in part by the national treasury, in accordance with the Presidential Decree. <Amended on Jun. 9, 2020>
