Article 46 (Rewards)

A registration authority may, in accordance with the matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, grant a reward to a person who has reported or accused any of the following persons to the registration authority, an investigative agency, or the Report Center for Acts Disrupting Real Estate Transaction Order under Article 47-2. <Amended by Act No. 17355, Jun. 9, 2020, Act No. 17764, Dec. 8, 2020> 1. A person who has engaged in brokerage business without obtaining registration for opening a brokerage office under Article 9 2. A person who has obtained registration for opening a brokerage office by fraudulent or other dishonest means 3. A person who has transferred or lent his or her brokerage office registration certificate or real estate agent qualification certificate to another person, or who has acquired or borrowed the same from another person 4. A person who has made a display or advertisement in violation of Article 18-2 (3) 5. A person who has committed an act under Article 33 (1) 8 or 9 6. A person who has obstructed the business of a licensed real estate agent, etc. in violation of Article 33 (2)
