제49조 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영

위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Committee shall be composed of 11 members, including one Chairperson.
보험료정보공개심의위원회의 위원장은 공단의 임원 중 해당 업무를 담당하는 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 공단의 이사장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.
1. 공단 소속 직원 4명
2. 보험료 징수에 관한 사무를 담당하는 보건복지부 소속 3급 또는 4급 공무원 1명
3. 국세청의 3급 또는 4급 공무원 1명
4. 법률, 회계 또는 사회보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 4명
The Chairperson of the Insurance Premium Information Disclosure Review Committee shall be a full-time director of the Corporation who is in charge of the relevant affairs. The members shall be persons appointed or commissioned by the Chairperson of the Corporation, as listed in the following subparagraphs: 1. Four employees of the Corporation 2. One Grade 3 or Grade 4 public official of the Ministry of Health and Welfare in charge of affairs related to the collection of insurance premiums 3. One Grade 3 or Grade 4 public official of the National Tax Service 4. Four persons with abundant knowledge and experience in law, accounting, or social insurance
제2항제4호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
The term of office for members under subparagraph 4 of paragraph 2 shall be two years.
보험료정보공개심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Insurance Premium Information Disclosure Review Committee shall be convened with the attendance of a majority of the total members and decided by a majority of the attending members.
제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보험료정보공개심의위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 공단이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Insurance Premium Information Disclosure Review Committee, other than those prescribed in paragraphs 1 through 4, shall be determined by the Corporation.
