가입자 및 피부양자의 자격, 보험료등, 보험급여, 보험급여 비용에 관한 공단의 처분에 이의가 있는 자는 공단에 이의신청을 할 수 있다.
Any person who has an objection to a disposition by the Corporation concerning the qualification of a subscriber and a dependent, insurance premiums, etc., insurance benefits, or insurance benefit expenses may file an objection application with the Corporation.
요양급여비용 및 요양급여의 적정성 평가 등에 관한 심사평가원의 처분에 이의가 있는 공단, 요양기관 또는 그 밖의 자는 심사평가원에 이의신청을 할 수 있다.
The Corporation, medical institutions, or any other person who has an objection to a disposition by the HIRA concerning the appropriateness evaluation of medical care benefit expenses and medical care benefits, etc. may file an objection application with HIRA.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 이의신청(이하 "이의신청"이라 한다)은 처분이 있음을 안 날부터 90일 이내에 문서(전자문서를 포함한다)로 하여야 하며 처분이 있은 날부터 180일을 지나면 제기하지 못한다. 다만, 정당한 사유로 그 기간에 이의신청을 할 수 없었음을 소명한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
An objection application under paragraphs ① and ② (hereinafter referred to as an "objection application") shall be made in writing (including electronic documents) within 90 days from the date of becoming aware of the disposition, and cannot be filed after 180 days from the date of the disposition. However, this shall not apply if it is proven that the objection application could not be filed within the period due to just cause.
제3항 본문에도 불구하고 요양기관이 제48조에 따른 심사평가원의 확인에 대하여 이의신청을 하려면 같은 조 제2항에 따라 통보받은 날부터 30일 이내에 하여야 한다.
Notwithstanding the main sentence of paragraph ③, if a medical institution intends to file an objection application regarding the confirmation by HIRA under Article 48, it shall do so within 30 days from the date of receiving notification in accordance with paragraph ② of the same Article.
제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 이의신청의 방법ㆍ결정 및 그 결정의 통지 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the method of objection application, decision, and notification of the decision, etc., other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① through ④, shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
