Article 33 (Delegation of Business)

The scope of business that the Corporation may delegate and the persons who may receive such business delegation from the Corporation, pursuant to Article 47 (2) of the Act, shall be as follows. <Amended on May 27, 2008, April 30, 2009, August 17, 2010, June 30, 2015> 1. Business related to the collection of loan repayments, pension insurance premiums pursuant to the first part of Article 19 (2) 3 of the Act, recovery funds pursuant to Article 57 of the Act, repayments pursuant to Article 78 (1) of the Act, additional payment insurance premiums pursuant to Article 92 (1) of the Act, or amounts received by subrogation by the Corporation pursuant to Article 114 (1) of the Act, payment of benefits, and payment of loans: Post offices, financial institutions, or non-profit corporations engaged in financial business. 2. Business related to the acceptance of applications for acquisition and loss of subscriber qualifications: Insurers of national health insurance or heads of local governments. 3. Installation and operation projects for welfare facilities such as elderly welfare facilities and their ancillary facilities, sports facilities, child welfare facilities, and disability welfare facilities, and installation and operation projects for hospitals, resort facilities, and long-term care facilities: Social welfare corporations under the "Social Welfare Services Act", public enterprises and quasi-governmental institutions under the "Act on the Management of Public Institutions", agricultural cooperative federations, fishery cooperative federations, and forestry cooperative federations under the "Agricultural Cooperatives Act", "Fishery Cooperatives Act", and "Forestry Cooperatives Act", religious organizations, or persons operating businesses of the same type. 4.
