Article 33 (Entrustment of Work)

The scope of work that the Corporation may entrust pursuant to Article 47 (2) of the Act and the persons who may be entrusted with such work from the Corporation shall be as follows. <Amended by 2008.5.27, 2009.4.30, 2010.8.17, 2015.6.30> 1. Work relating to the receipt of repayment of loans, pension insurance premiums pursuant to the first part of Article 19 (2) 3 of the Act, recovery funds pursuant to Article 57 of the Act, repayment funds pursuant to Article 78 (1) of the Act, deferred payment insurance premiums pursuant to Article 92 (1) of the Act, or amounts received by subrogation by the Corporation pursuant to Article 114 (1) of the Act, payment of benefits, and payment of loans: Post offices, financial institutions, or non-profit corporations engaged in financial business. 2. Work relating to the receipt of applications for acquisition and loss of subscriber qualifications: Insurers of national health insurance or heads of local governments. 3. Installation and operation projects for welfare facilities such as elderly welfare facilities and their ancillary sports facilities, child welfare facilities, and disability welfare facilities, and installation and operation projects for hospitals, recreational facilities, and care facilities: Social welfare corporations pursuant to the 「Social Welfare Services Act」, public enterprises and quasi-governmental institutions pursuant to the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」, the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives, the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, and the National Federation of Forestry Cooperatives pursuant to the 「Agricultural Cooperatives Act」, the 「Fisheries Cooperatives Act」, and the 「Forestry Cooperatives Act」, religious organizations, or persons operating the same type of business. 4.
