제62조 추납보험료의 납부 신청 등

가입자는 법 제92조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기간의 전부 또는 일부에 상응하는 연금보험료(이하 "추납보험료"라 한다)를 공단에 내려면 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 추납보험료의 납부 신청을 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2016.11.29>
A subscriber who intends to pay pension insurance premiums corresponding to all or part of the period falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 92 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "post-payment insurance premiums") to the Corporation shall apply to the Corporation for the payment of post-payment insurance premiums as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008, Mar. 15, 2010, Nov. 29, 2016>
법 제92조제3항 단서에 따라 임의가입자가 추후 납부를 신청한 경우 그 추납보험료 산정을 위한 연금보험료의 상한은 추후 납부를 신청한 날을 기준으로 법 제51조제1항제1호에 따라 산정한 금액의 1천분의 90에 해당하는 금액으로 한다. <신설 2016.11.29, 2017.12.19>
In the case where a voluntary subscriber applies for post-payment pursuant to the proviso to Article 92 (3) of the Act, the upper limit of the pension insurance premium for calculating the post-payment insurance premium shall be the amount equivalent to 90/1000 of the amount calculated according to Article 51 (1) 1. of the Act, based on the date on which the post-payment application was made. <Newly established on Nov. 29, 2016, Dec. 19, 2017>
가입자가 법 제92조제4항에 따라 추납보험료를 분할하여 납부하는 경우에는 가입자의 신청에 따라 60회의 범위에서 월 1회씩 납부할 수 있으며, 매 회당 납부할 금액은 개월 단위로 산정하여야 한다. <신설 2016.11.29, 2017.12.19>
When a subscriber pays the post-payment insurance premiums in installments pursuant to Article 92 (4) of the Act, the payment may be made once a month within the scope of 60 times at the subscriber's request, and the amount to be paid per installment shall be calculated on a monthly basis. <Newly established on Nov. 29, 2016, Dec. 19, 2017>
추납보험료의 납부 기한과 추납보험료를 나누어 내는 경우 그 방법, 가산 이자 등에 관하여는 제52조제1항 및 제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "반납금"은 "추납보험료"로 본다. <개정 2016.11.29>
The due date for payment of post-payment insurance premiums, the method of paying post-payment insurance premiums in installments, and the interest on arrears shall be applied mutatis mutandis to Article 52 (1) and (3). In this case, "repayment money" shall be deemed as "post-payment insurance premiums". <Amended on Nov. 29, 2016>
