제66조 매각 대행의 의뢰 등

건강보험공단은 법 제95조제6항에 따라 압류 재산의 매각을 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 한국자산관리공사(이하 "한국자산관리공사"라 한다)가 대행하도록 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 매각 대행 의뢰서를 한국자산관리공사에 보내야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17, 2014.3.24, 2019.6.11, 2021.11.30>
1. 체납자의 성명과 주소 또는 거소
2. 매각할 재산의 종류ㆍ수량ㆍ품질 및 소재지
3. 압류에 관계되는 연금보험료와 그에 따른 징수금의 내용 및 납부 기한
4. 그 밖에 필요한 사항
In the case where the National Health Insurance Service requests the Korea Asset Management Corporation established under the Act on the Establishment of the Korea Asset Management Corporation, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Korea Asset Management Corporation") to act as an agent for the sale of seized property, pursuant to Article 95 (6) of the Act, the National Health Insurance Service shall send a request for sale agency to the Korea Asset Management Corporation, stating the following matters. <Amended by Act No. 10462, Aug. 17, 2010; Act No. 12445, Mar. 24, 2014; Act No. 16442, Jun. 11, 2019; Act No. 17841, Nov. 30, 2021> 1. Name and address or place of residence of the defaulter 2. Type, quantity, quality, and location of the property to be sold 3. Details of the pension insurance premiums and related collection fees related to the seizure, and the payment deadline 4. Other necessary matters
건강보험공단은 매각 대행의 사실을 체납자, 그 재산에 대하여 전세권ㆍ질권ㆍ저당권이나 그 밖의 권리를 가진 자와 압류 재산을 보관하고 있는 자에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The National Health Insurance Service shall notify the defaulter, persons holding a hereditary lease, pledge, mortgage, or any other right to the property, and the person storing the seized property of the fact that the sale agency has been requested. <Amended by Act No. 10462, Aug. 17, 2010>
