Article 100-3 (Support for Pension Insurance Premiums for Workplace Insured Persons)
제100조의3 사업장가입자에 대한 연금보험료의 지원

국가는 제8조에 따른 사업장가입자로서 국민인 근로자가 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하는 경우에는 연금보험료 중 기여금 및 부담금의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>
1. 대통령령으로 정하는 규모의 사업장에 고용되어 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 미만의 소득을 얻을 것
2. 근로자의 재산 및 「소득세법」 제4조제1항제1호에 따른 종합소득이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준 미만일 것
The State may, within the budget, support a portion of the contributions and burdens of pension insurance premiums for workers who are nationals and are workplace insured persons under Article 8, if they meet all of the following requirements. <Amended on May 29, 2016> 1. To be employed in a business of a scale determined by Presidential Decree and to earn income less than an amount determined by Presidential Decree 2. To have assets and total income as defined in Article 4(1)1 of the Income Tax Act below the standard determined by Presidential Decree
제1항에 따른 연금보험료의 지원수준, 지원방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the level of support for pension insurance premiums, methods of support, and procedures, etc., under paragraph ① shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
