기금의 운용에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 보건복지부에 국민연금기금운용위원회(이하 "운용위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
1. 기금운용지침에 관한 사항
2. 기금을 관리기금에 위탁할 경우 예탁 이자율의 협의에 관한 사항
3. 기금 운용 계획에 관한 사항
4. 제107조제3항에 따른 기금의 운용 내용과 사용 내용에 관한 사항
5. 그 밖에 기금의 운용에 관하여 중요한 사항으로서 운용위원회 위원장이 회의에 부치는 사항
To deliberate and resolve matters concerning the management of the fund as specified in the following subparagraphs, a National Pension Fund Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Committee") shall be established in the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9458, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010> 1. Matters concerning fund management guidelines 2. Matters concerning consultation on deposit interest rates when the fund is entrusted to the management fund 3. Matters concerning the fund management plan 4. Matters concerning the details of fund operation and usage under Article 107 (3) 5. Other important matters concerning fund management that the Chairperson of the Management Committee submits to the meeting
운용위원회는 위원장인 보건복지부장관, 당연직 위원인 재정경제부차관ㆍ농림축산식품부차관ㆍ산업통상부차관ㆍ고용노동부차관ㆍ기획예산처차관과 공단 이사장 및 위원장이 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2010.6.4, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
1. 사용자를 대표하는 위원으로서 사용자 단체가 추천하는 자 3명
2. 근로자를 대표하는 위원으로서 노동조합을 대표하는 연합단체가 추천하는 자 3명
3. 지역가입자를 대표하는 위원으로서 다음의 자
- 가. 농어업인 단체가 추천하는 자 2명
- 나. 농어업인 단체 외의 자영자 관련 단체가 추천하는 자 2명
- 다. 소비자단체 및 시민단체가 추천하는 자 2명
4. 관계 전문가로서 국민연금에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 2명
The Management Committee shall be composed of the Chairperson, the Minister of Health and Welfare; ex officio members, the Vice Minister of Economy and Finance, the Vice Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Vice Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Vice Minister of Employment and Labor, the Vice Minister of Strategy and Finance; the President of the National Pension Service; and members appointed by the Chairperson as specified in the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 9458, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010; Act No. 10366, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 11729, Mar. 23, 2013; Act No. 17474, Oct. 1, 2021> 1. Three members representing employers, recommended by employer organizations 2. Three members representing workers, recommended by an umbrella organization representing labor unions 3. Members representing regional subscribers, including: a. Two persons recommended by agricultural and fisheries organizations b. Two persons recommended by self-employed-related organizations other than agricultural and fisheries organizations c. Two persons recommended by consumer organizations and civic organizations 4. Two expert members with abundant knowledge and experience in the national pension
위원의 임기는 2년으로 하고, 1차만 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 위원장과 당연직 위원의 임기는 그 재임 기간으로 한다.
The term of office for members shall be two years, and they may be reappointed only once. However, the term of office for the Chairperson and ex officio members shall be their tenure of office.
위원장은 운용위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. <개정 2013.3.22>
The Chairperson shall convene and preside over meetings of the Management Committee. <Amended by Act No. 11721, Mar. 22, 2013>
운용위원회의 회의는 연 4회 이상 개최하여야 하며, 재적 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개회하고, 출석 위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 이 경우 출석하지 아니한 위원은 의결권을 행사하지 아니한 것으로 본다.
Meetings of the Management Committee shall be held at least four times a year, and shall be opened with the attendance of a majority of the committee members and resolved by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members. In this case, members who do not attend shall be deemed not to have exercised their voting rights.
보건복지부장관은 운용위원회의 요구에 따라 회의에 필요한 자료를 사전에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall submit necessary materials for meetings in advance upon the request of the Management Committee. <Amended by Act No. 9458, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
운용위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Management Committee, etc., shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
