보건복지부장관은 매년 기금 운용계획을 세워서 운용위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 대통령의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall establish an annual fund management plan and, after deliberation by the Management Committee and the State Council, obtain the approval of the President. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008, Jan. 18, 2010>
정부는 제1항에 따른 기금 운용계획을 전년도 10월 말까지 국회에 보고하여야 한다.
The Government shall report the fund management plan under Paragraph ① to the National Assembly by the end of October of the preceding year.
보건복지부장관은 기금의 운용 내용을, 재정경제부장관은 관리기금에 예탁된 기금의 사용 내용을 각각 다음 연도 6월 말까지 운용위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall submit the fund management content, and the Minister of Strategy and Finance shall submit the usage content of the fund deposited in the management fund, respectively, to the Management Committee by the end of June of the following year. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008, Jan. 18, 2010, Oct. 1, 2025>
운용위원회의 위원장은 제3항에 따른 기금의 운용 내용과 사용 내용을 운용위원회의 심의를 거쳐 국회에 제출하고 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공시하여야 한다.
The Chairperson of the Management Committee shall submit the fund management content and usage content under Paragraph ③ to the National Assembly after deliberation by the Management Committee and shall publicly announce it as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
