국민연금공단은 가입자가 희망하는 경우 가입자에게 국민연금가입자 증명서를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
The National Pension Service shall issue a certificate of National Pension membership to a member upon the member's request. <Amended on June 7, 2011>
제1항에 따른 증명서에 기재하여야 할 내용은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
The matters to be stated in the certificate referred to in Paragraph ① shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended on June 7, 2011>
제1항에 따른 증명서의 교부에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <신설 2011.6.7>
The matters necessary for the issuance of the certificate referred to in Paragraph ① shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Newly established on June 7, 2011>
