제16조 가입자 증명서

국민연금공단은 가입자가 희망하는 경우 가입자에게 국민연금가입자 증명서를 내주어야 한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
The National Pension Service shall issue a National Pension Subscriber Certificate to a subscriber who requests it. <Amended by Act No. 11772, Jun. 7, 2011>
제1항에 따른 증명서에 기재하여야 할 내용은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
The matters to be entered in the certificate under paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 11772, Jun. 7, 2011>
