상임이사 중 제101조에 따른 국민연금기금(이하 "국민연금기금"이라 한다)의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 업무를 담당하는 이사(이하 "기금이사"라 한다)는 경영ㆍ경제 및 기금 운용에 관한 지식과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 선임하여야 한다.
A director among the full-time directors who is in charge of the management and operation of the National Pension Fund pursuant to Article 101 (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Director") shall be appointed from among those with rich knowledge and experience in management, economics, and fund operation.
기금이사 후보를 추천하기 위하여 공단에 이사장을 위원장으로 하고 이사를 위원으로 하는 기금이사추천위원회(이하 "추천위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.
A Fund Director Recommendation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Recommendation Committee"), chaired by the Chairman of the Board and composed of directors, shall be established within the Corporation to recommend candidates for the Fund Director.
추천위원회는 주요 일간신문에 기금이사 후보의 모집 공고를 하여야 하며, 이와 별도로 적임자로 판단되는 기금이사 후보를 조사하거나 전문단체에 조사를 의뢰할 수 있다.
The Recommendation Committee shall announce the recruitment of candidates for the Fund Director in major daily newspapers and may, separately, investigate candidates for the Fund Director deemed suitable or request an investigation from a professional organization.
추천위원회는 제3항에 따라 모집한 자를 보건복지부령으로 정하는 기금이사 후보 심사기준에 따라 심사하여야 하며, 기금이사 후보로 추천될 자와 계약 조건에 관하여 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Recommendation Committee shall examine the persons recruited pursuant to Paragraph 3 according to the criteria for examining candidates for the Fund Director prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and shall negotiate the terms of the contract with the candidates to be recommended as candidates for the Fund Director. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
이사장은 제4항에 따른 심사와 협의 결과에 따라 기금이사 후보를 보건복지부장관에게 추천하고 계약서안을 함께 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Chairman of the Board shall recommend candidates for the Fund Director to the Minister of Health and Welfare based on the results of the examination and negotiation pursuant to Paragraph 4 and shall submit the draft contract together. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
제5항에 따라 제출한 기금이사 후보 추천안과 계약서안을 보건복지부장관이 승인하면 이사장은 기금이사 후보와 계약을 체결하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
If the Minister of Health and Welfare approves the recommendation of candidates for the Fund Director and the draft contract submitted pursuant to Paragraph 5, the Chairman of the Board shall conclude a contract with the candidates for the Fund Director. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
제5항에 따른 기금이사 후보 추천안 및 계약서안의 제출과 제6항에 따른 승인은 각각 제30조제2항에 따른 상임이사의 임명 제청과 임명으로 본다.
The submission of the recommendation of candidates for the Fund Director and the draft contract pursuant to Paragraph 5 and the approval pursuant to Paragraph 6 shall be deemed as the recommendation and appointment of full-time directors pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article 30, respectively.
기금이사의 자격, 계약서안에 관한 협의, 추천과 계약 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
Matters necessary regarding the qualifications of the Fund Director, negotiation of the draft contract, recommendation, and contract shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
