건강보험공단은 공단이 제88조에 따라 연금보험료를 부과한 때에는 그 납부 의무자에게 연금보험료의 금액, 납부 기한, 납부 장소 등을 적은 문서로써 납입의 고지를 하여야 한다. 다만, 제89조제4항에 따라 연금보험료를 자동이체의 방법으로 내는 기간 동안에는 이를 생략할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.29>
The National Health Insurance Service shall notify the obligor of pension insurance premiums, as prescribed by Article 88, in writing, stating the amount of pension insurance premiums, the payment deadline, the payment place, etc. However, this may be omitted during the period when pension insurance premiums are paid by automatic transfer under Article 89, Paragraph 4. <Amended on Dec. 29, 2020>
건강보험공단은 납부 의무자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 제1항 본문에 따른 납입의 고지를 전자문서교환방식 등에 의하여 전자문서로 할 수 있다. 이 경우 전자문서 고지에 대한 신청 방법ㆍ절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.1.18>
If the obligor applies, the National Health Insurance Service may notify the payment of pension insurance premiums as an electronic document through electronic document exchange, etc., as provided in the main sentence of Paragraph 1. In this case, the method and procedure for applying for notification by electronic document, and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Amended on Jan. 18, 2010>
건강보험공단은 제2항에 따라 전자문서로 고지한 경우 보건복지부령으로 정하는 정보통신망에 저장하거나 납부 의무자가 지정한 전자우편주소에 입력된 때에 그 납부 의무자에게 도달된 것으로 본다. <개정 2010.1.18>
If the National Health Insurance Service notifies by electronic document under Paragraph 2, it shall be deemed to have reached the obligor when it is stored in the information and communication network prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance or when it is entered into the e-mail address designated by the obligor. <Amended on Jan. 18, 2010>
제90조제3항에 따라 연금보험료를 연대하여 납부하여야 하는 자 중 1명에게 한 고지는 다른 연대 납부 의무자에게도 효력이 있다.
A notification made to one of the persons jointly liable for paying pension insurance premiums under Article 90, Paragraph 3 shall also be effective for other joint obligors. <Amended on Dec. 29, 2020>
건강보험공단은 제90조의2에 따른 제2차 납부의무자에게 납부의무가 발생한 경우 해당 납부의무자에게 납입의 고지를 하여야 하며, 납입의 고지를 한 경우에는 해당 법인인 사용자 및 사업양도인에게 그 사실을 통지하여야 한다. 이 때 납입의 고지 방법, 고지의 도달 등에 관한 사항은 제1항부터 제3항까지를 준용한다. <신설 2015.6.22>
When the obligation arises for the secondary obligor under Article 90-2, the National Health Insurance Service shall notify the relevant obligor of the payment, and upon notification of payment, shall inform the employer who is the corporation and the business transferor of the fact. In this case, the provisions of Paragraphs 1 through 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the method of notifying payment and the arrival of the notification. <Newly established on Jun. 22, 2015>
