이 법에 따른 허가신청, 신고 및 증명서 등의 발급을 받으려는 사람은 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 납부하여야 한다.
Anyone wishing to receive permits, notifications, or certificates under this Act shall pay a fee in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Justice ordinance.

제1항에 따른 수수료는 정당한 사유가 있는 경우 이를 감액하거나 면제할 수 있다.
The fees under Paragraph ① may be reduced or exempted for just cause.

제1항에 따른 수수료의 금액 및 제2항에 따른 수수료의 감액ㆍ면제 기준 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the amount of fees under Paragraph ① and the criteria for reduction or exemption of fees under Paragraph ② shall be determined by the Ministry of Justice ordinance.
