제24조 수수료

이 법에 따른 허가신청, 신고 및 증명서 등의 발급을 받으려는 사람은 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 납부하여야 한다.
A person who intends to obtain a permit application, report, or issuance of certificates, etc. under this Act shall pay fees according to the provisions of the Ministry of Justice Ordinance.
제1항에 따른 수수료는 정당한 사유가 있는 경우 이를 감액하거나 면제할 수 있다.
The fees under paragraph ① may be reduced or exempted for justifiable reasons.
제1항에 따른 수수료의 금액 및 제2항에 따른 수수료의 감액ㆍ면제 기준 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the amount of fees under paragraph ① and the standards for reduction or exemption of fees under paragraph ② shall be determined by the Ministry of Justice Ordinance.
