Article 14 (Contribution Period)

제13조제3호에 따른 가입기간은 퇴직연금제도의 설정 이후 해당 사업에서 근로를 제공하는 기간으로 한다.
The contribution period pursuant to Article 13, Subparagraph 3 shall be the period of providing labor in the said business after the establishment of the retirement pension system.
해당 퇴직연금제도의 설정 전에 해당 사업에서 제공한 근로기간에 대하여도 가입기간으로 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제8조제2항에 따라 퇴직금을 미리 정산한 기간은 제외한다.
The period of labor provided in the said business prior to the establishment of the said retirement pension system may also be recognized as a contribution period. In this case, the period for which severance pay has been settled in advance pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 2 shall be excluded.
