제15조(급여수준) 제13조제4호의 급여 수준은 가입자의 퇴직일을 기준으로 산정한 일시금이 계속근로기간 1년에 대하여 30일분 이상의 평균임금이 되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.13>
