Article 29 (Conclusion of Contract Regarding Asset Management Business)
제29조 자산관리업무에 관한 계약의 체결

퇴직연금제도를 설정한 사용자 또는 가입자는 다음 각 호의 업무(이하 "자산관리업무"라 한다)의 수행을 내용으로 하는 계약을 퇴직연금사업자와 체결하여야 한다.
1. 계좌의 설정 및 관리
2. 부담금의 수령
3. 적립금의 보관 및 관리
4. 운용관리업무를 수행하는 퇴직연금사업자가 전달하는 적립금 운용지시의 이행
5. 급여의 지급
6. 그 밖에 자산관리업무의 적절한 수행을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 업무
An employer who has established a retirement pension system or a participant shall conclude a contract with a retirement pension provider to perform the following businesses (hereinafter referred to as "asset management business"). 1. Establishment and management of accounts 2. Receipt of contributions 3. Custody and management of reserves 4. Execution of instructions for the management of reserves transmitted by a retirement pension provider that performs operation management business 5. Payment of benefits 6. Other businesses prescribed by Presidential Decree for the proper performance of asset management business
사용자 또는 가입자가 제1항에 따른 계약을 체결하려는 경우에는 근로자 또는 가입자를 피보험자 또는 수익자로 하여 대통령령으로 정하는 보험계약 또는 신탁계약의 방법으로 하여야 한다.
When an employer or a participant intends to conclude a contract under paragraph ①, it shall be done through insurance contracts or trust contracts prescribed by Presidential Decree, with the employee or participant as the insured or beneficiary.
