제30조 운용관리업무의 수행

퇴직연금사업자는 선량한 관리자로서의 주의의무를 다하여야 한다.
A pension provider shall perform its duties with the diligence of a good manager.
퇴직연금사업자는 적립금의 운용방법을 제시하는 경우에 다음 각 호의 요건을 갖춘 운용방법을 제시하여야 한다.
1. 운용방법에 관한 정보의 취득과 이해가 쉬울 것
2. 운용방법 간의 변경이 쉬울 것
3. 적립금 운용결과의 평가 방법과 절차가 투명할 것
4. 확정기여형퇴직연금제도와 개인형퇴직연금제도의 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 원리금보장 운용방법이 하나 이상 포함될 것
5. 적립금의 중장기 안정적 운용을 위하여 분산투자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 운용방법 및 기준 등에 따를 것
When presenting operation methods for the retirement pension reserve, the pension provider shall present operation methods that satisfy the following requirements: 1. Information regarding the operation method shall be easy to acquire and understand. 2. Changing between operation methods shall be easy. 3. The method and procedure for evaluating the results of reserve operation shall be transparent. 4. In the case of a Defined Contribution Pension Plan and an Individual Retirement Pension Plan, at least one principal and interest guaranteed operation method prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be included. 5. For the stable mid-to-long-term operation of reserves, it shall comply with operation methods and standards prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as diversified investment.
