고용노동부장관은 이 법 시행에 필요한 범위에서 사용자 및 퇴직연금사업자에게 퇴직연금제도의 실시 상황 등에 관한 보고, 관계 서류의 제출 또는 관계인의 출석을 요구할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope necessary for the enforcement of this Act, require employers and retirement pension providers to report on the status of implementation of retirement pension schemes, submit relevant documents, or appear.
고용노동부장관은 이 법의 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 소속 직원으로 하여금 퇴직연금제도를 실시하는 사업장 및 해당 퇴직연금사업자의 사업장에 출입하여 사용자 및 퇴직연금사업자 등 관계인에 대하여 질문하거나 장부 등 서류를 조사하게 할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, if deemed necessary for the enforcement of this Act, have officials subordinate to him/her enter workplaces implementing retirement pension schemes and the business places of relevant retirement pension providers to ask questions of employers, retirement pension providers, or other relevant persons, or to investigate documents such as account books.
제2항에 따라 사업장 및 해당 퇴직연금사업자의 사업장에 출입하여 관계인에 대하여 질문하거나 장부 등 서류를 조사하려는 직원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
An official who intends to enter a workplace and the business place of a relevant retirement pension provider under paragraph ② to ask questions of relevant persons or to investigate documents such as account books shall carry identification that shows his/her authority and present it to the relevant persons.
