법 제79조제3항제5호에서 "그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 기금 증식 방법"이란 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 증권의 매입을 말한다. <개정 2008.7.29>
"Methods of increasing the fund, prescribed by Presidential Decree, other than those provided for in subparagraph 5 of paragraph (3) of Article 79 of the Act" refers to the purchase of securities under Article 4 of the 「Capital Markets and Financial Investment Business Act」. <Amended on Jul. 29, 2008>
법 제79조제4항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 수준"이란 1년 만기 정기예금 이자율(「은행법」에 따라 설립된 은행 중 전국을 영업구역으로 하는 은행이 적용하는 이자율로 한다)이나 예상물가상승률 등을 고려하여 고용노동부장관이 정하는 수익률을 말한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2010.11.15>
