제114조 기금의 지출절차

기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 하였을 때에는 그 지출원인행위에 관한 서류를 기금지출관에게 보내야 한다.
When the fund finance officer has made an act of causing expenditure, they shall send the documents concerning the act of causing expenditure to the fund disbursing officer.
기금지출관이 지출원인행위에 따라 기금을 지출할 때에는 한국은행으로 하여금 채권자나 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 국고금의 지급사무를 위탁받아 처리하는 자의 금융기관 예금계좌로 이체하는 방법으로 지급하게 하여야 한다.
When the fund disbursing officer disburses the fund in accordance with the act of causing expenditure, they shall have the Bank of Korea make the payment by transferring it to the financial institution's deposit account of the creditor or the person entrusted with the payment of national treasury funds as prescribed by statutes.
기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 한 후 부득이한 사유로 해당 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 금액은 다음 연도에 이월하여 지출할 수 있다.
Any amount that the fund finance officer has not disbursed within the relevant fiscal year due to unavoidable reasons after making the act of causing expenditure may be carried forward to the following year and disbursed.
