제117조 기금의 운용상황 보고

기금수입징수관은 기금징수액보고서를, 기금재무관은 기금지출원인행위액 보고서를, 기금지출관은 기금지출액보고서를 매월 말일을 기준으로 작성하여 다음 달 20일까지 고용노동부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Fund Revenue Collector shall prepare a report on the collected fund amount, the Fund Finance Officer shall prepare a report on the amount of acts causing fund expenditure, and the Fund Expenditure Officer shall prepare a report on the fund expenditure amount, based on the last day of each month and submit them to the Minister of Employment and Labor by the 20th of the following month. <Amended by Act No. 10433, Jul. 12, 2010>
제1항의 보고 외에 기금의 운용관리에 필요한 보고에 관한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Matters concerning reports necessary for the operation and management of the fund, in addition to the report under paragraph ①, shall be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10433, Jul. 12, 2010>
