제121조 심사관의 자격

1. 고용노동부에서 일반직 5급 이상 공무원이나 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원으로서 보험에 관한 심사 또는 재심사의 청구에 관련된 업무에 1년 이상 종사한 사람
2. 고용노동부에서 일반직 5급 이상 공무원이나 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원으로서 보험 업무에 2년 이상 종사한 사람
3. 그 밖에 제1호나 제2호의 사람에 해당하는 자격이 있다고 고용노동부장관이 인정하는 사람
① Employment Insurance Review Officers (hereinafter referred to as "Review Officers") under Article 89 of the Act shall be appointed from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Employment and Labor who fall under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 10403, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 18226, Jun. 8, 2021> 1. Those who have worked for the Ministry of Employment and Labor for at least one year in a general service Level 5 or higher public official position or as a general service public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service, in duties related to the examination or re-examination of claims concerning insurance. 2. Those who have worked for the Ministry of Employment and Labor for at least two years in a general service Level 5 or higher public official position or as a general service public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service, in insurance-related duties. 3. Others recognized by the Minister of Employment and Labor as having qualifications equivalent to those of persons falling under subparagraph 1 or 2.
