제142조(준용) 심사위원회와 재심사에 관하여는 제123조, 제124조, 제126조부터 제128조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 제123조 중 "심사관"은 "심사위원회 위원"으로, "고용노동부장관"은 "심사위원회 위원장"으로, 제124조와 제128조 중 "심사청구인"은 "재심사청구인"으로, 제124조ㆍ제126조ㆍ제128조 중 "심사관"은 "심사위원회 위원장"으로, 제126조부터 제128조까지 중 "심사청구"는 "재심사청구"로 본다. <개정 2010.7.12>

Translation

The provisions of Articles 123, 124, and 126 through 128 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Review Committee and the re-examination. In this case, "investigator" in Article 123 shall be deemed "member of the Review Committee," "Minister of Employment and Labor" shall be deemed "Chairperson of the Review Committee," "applicant for review" in Articles 124 and 128 shall be deemed "applicant for re-examination," "investigator" in Articles 124, 126, and 128 shall be deemed "Chairperson of the Review Committee," and "application for review" in Articles 126 through 128 shall be deemed "application for re-examination." <Amended by Act No. 10396, Jul. 12, 2010>
