Article 145-2 (Processing of Resident Registration Numbers and Alien Registration Numbers)

An examiner may process data containing resident registration numbers or alien registration numbers as provided for in Article 19 (1) or (4) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, if it is unavoidable for the performance of duties concerning applications for review under Article 87 (1) of the Act.
