제33조 고용관리 진단 등 지원

고용노동부장관은 법 제25조제1항제1호에 따라 피보험자, 피보험자였던 사람 또는 그 밖에 취업할 의사를 가진 사람(이하 "피보험자등"이라 한다)의 고용안정과 취업의 촉진 등을 위하여 임금체계 개편과 직무재설계 등에 관하여 전문기관의 진단을 받는 사업주나 노사단체에 대하여 그 진단에 드는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2017.12.26, 2021.6.8>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the budget, support all or part of the costs incurred for diagnosis by specialized agencies concerning the reform of wage systems and job redesign, etc., for employers or labor-management organizations who receive such diagnosis, in order to promote employment stability and re-employment for insured persons, former insured persons, or other persons intending to be employed (hereinafter referred to as "insured persons, etc.") pursuant to Article 25(1)1 of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 10418, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 15273, Dec. 26, 2017; Act No. 17970, Jun. 8, 2021>
제1항에 따른 지원 대상자의 선정, 지원수준, 그 밖에 지원에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
