제37조 고령자 등의 고용환경 개선 지원

고용노동부장관은 법 제25조와 이 영 제35조제3호에 따라 고령자, 여성 또는 장애인인 피보험자등의 고용안정과 취업의 촉진을 위하여 관련 시설 및 장비를 설치하거나 개선하려는 사업주에게 그에 필요한 비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원하거나 대부할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the scope of the budget, support or lend a portion of the necessary costs to employers who intend to install or improve related facilities and equipment for the stabilization of employment and promotion of employment of insured persons, etc. who are the aged, women, or persons with disabilities, in accordance with Article 25 of the Act and Article 35, Item 3 of this Decree. <Amended 2010.7.12>
제1항에 따른 지원이나 대부의 대상자 선정과 요건, 그 밖에 지원이나 대부에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall determine the selection of recipients and the requirements for support or loans under paragraph ①, and other matters necessary for support or loans. <Amended 2010.7.12>
