고용노동부장관은 법 제11조제3항에 따라 노동시장에 관한 연구와 고용보험(이하 "보험"이라 한다) 관련 업무를 지원하기 위한 조사ㆍ연구 사업을 다음 각 호의 기관 또는 단체가 대행하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2009.12.30, 2010.7.12, 2013.1.25, 2026.5.6>

1. 「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」 제8조에 따라 설립된 보험 관련 정부출연연구기관
2. 「고용정책 기본법」 제18조에 따라 설립된 한국고용정보원
3. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교(부설 연구기관을 포함한다)
4. 그 밖에 노동시장ㆍ직업 및 직업능력개발과 보험 관련 업무에 관한 조사ㆍ연구를 수행할 수 있는 민간연구기관

The Minister of Employment and Labor may, pursuant to Article 11(3) of the Act, have the following institutions or organizations act as an agent for survey and research projects to support research on the labor market and employment insurance (hereinafter referred to as "insurance") related work. <Amended by Act No. 9924, Dec. 30, 2009; Act No. 10417, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 11617, Jan. 25, 2013; Act No. 17143, May 6, 2026> 1. Government-funded research institutions related to insurance, established pursuant to Article 8 of the Act on the Establishment, Operation, and Fostering of Government-Funded Research Institutions, etc. 2. Korea Employment Information Service, established pursuant to Article 18 of the Basic Employment Policy Act 3. Schools under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act (including affiliated research institutions) 4. Other private research institutions capable of conducting surveys and research on labor market, occupations, vocational ability development, and insurance related work.

고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 업무를 대행하도록 하는 경우에는 그에 필요한 조사ㆍ연구, 관리ㆍ운영 등에 드는 경비를 고용보험기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12>
