제74조 특별연장급여 지급

1. 매월의 구직급여 지급을 받은 사람의 수(법 제51조부터 제53조까지의 규정에 따라 훈련연장급여, 개별연장급여 또는 특별연장급여를 지급받는 사람의 수는 제외한다)를 해당 월의 말일의 피보험자수로 나누어 얻은 비율이 연속하여 3개월 동안 각각 100분의 3을 초과하는 경우
2. 매월의 수급자격신청률이 연속하여 3개월 동안 100분의 1을 초과하는 경우
3. 매월의 실업률이 연속하여 3개월 동안 100분의 6을 초과하는 경우
4. 실업의 급증 등에 따른 고용사정의 급격한 악화로 고용정책심의회에서 법 제53조에 따른 특별연장급여의 지급이 필요하다고 의결한 경우
① The "reasons prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the main sentence of Article 53 (1) of the Act refers to cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs. When the ratio obtained by dividing the number of persons who received monthly unemployment benefits (excluding the number of persons who received training extension benefits, individual extension benefits, or special extension benefits pursuant to Articles 51 through 53 of the Act) by the number of insured persons as of the last day of the month exceeds 3/100 for three consecutive months, respectively. 2. When the monthly rate of eligibility applications exceeds 1/100 for three consecutive months. 3. When the monthly unemployment rate exceeds 6/100 for three consecutive months. 4. When the Employment Policy Deliberation Council resolves that the payment of special extension benefits under Article 53 of the Act is necessary due to a rapid deterioration of employment conditions caused by a surge in unemployment, etc.
