제75조 구직급여의 지급절차

수급자격자는 신청지 관할 직업안정기관에 출석하는 최초의 실업인정일에 구직급여를 받기를 원하는 금융기관과 계좌(법 제37조의2제1항 본문에 따라 구직급여를 실업급여수급계좌로 받으려는 경우에는 실업급여수급계좌를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 지정하여 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 금융기관 또는 계좌를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2015.4.20>
A qualified recipient shall designate a financial institution and an account (in the case of receiving job search allowance through a benefit payment account pursuant to the main sentence of Article 37-2(1) of the Act, the benefit payment account shall be designated. The same shall apply hereinafter in this Article) at which he or she wishes to receive the job search allowance, and report it on the first day of unemployment recognition at the employment security office having jurisdiction over the place of application. 구직급여는 수급자격자가 지정한 금융기관의 계좌에 입금하는 방법으로 지급한다.
