제88조 직업능력개발 수당

법 제65조제3항에 따른 직업능력개발 수당은 수급자격자가 직업안정기관의 장이 지시한 직업훈련 등을 받은 날로서 구직급여의 지급대상이 되는 날에 대하여 지급한다.
The occupational capability development allowance under Article 65(3) of the Act shall be paid for days on which an eligible recipient receives vocational training or similar instruction directed by the head of a public employment service agency, which are days eligible for job seeker's allowance.
제1항에 따른 직업능력개발 수당의 금액은 교통비, 식대 등 직업훈련 등의 수강에 필요한 비용을 고려하여 고용노동부장관이 결정하여 고시하는 금액으로 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The amount of the occupational capability development allowance under paragraph ① shall be the amount determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Employment and Labor, taking into consideration the costs necessary for attending vocational training or similar instruction, such as transportation and meal expenses. <Amended by Act No. 10418, July 12, 2010>
직업능력개발 수당은 해당 수급자격자에 대한 구직급여의 지급일에 지급한다. 이 경우 직업능력개발 수당의 지급절차에 관하여는 제75조를 준용한다.
The occupational capability development allowance shall be paid on the payment date of the job seeker's allowance to the eligible recipient. In this case, the procedure for paying the occupational capability development allowance shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article 75.
직업능력개발 수당의 청구절차는 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The procedure for claiming the occupational capability development allowance shall be prescribed by a decree of the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10418, July 12, 2010>
