제96조(육아휴직 급여기간 중 취업의 신고 등) 피보험자는 법 제70조제3항에 따라 이직 또는 취업을 한 날 이후 최초로 제출하는 육아휴직 급여 신청서에 이직 또는 취업을 한 사실을 적어야 한다. <개정 2019.6.25>

The insured person shall, in the application for parental leave benefits submitted for the first time after the date of separation from employment or commencement of employment, in accordance with Article 70(3) of the Act, state the fact of separation from employment or commencement of employment. <Amended on June 25, 2019>
