제96조(육아휴직 급여기간 중 취업의 신고 등) 피보험자는 법 제70조제3항에 따라 이직 또는 취업을 한 날 이후 최초로 제출하는 육아휴직 급여 신청서에 이직 또는 취업을 한 사실을 적어야 한다. <개정 2019.6.25>
